with three dogs, Dudley, Daisy and
Cooper. They twice have driven across the US with me. They are
like my kids, the one constant in my life over the last ten years, and quite
frankly my biggest worry and my expense. In my job now I do a fair bit of traveling and I have to leave the dogs somewhere or with someone. There
are not very many people that I would trust in my house let alone trust with my
dogs. I have had Tori stay at my house and pet sit my dogs on numerous
occasions and I trust her fully. I know that Tori is going to be there
when she says she is and that my dogs are going to be happy and content. When I’m on the road I don’t want to have to worry or wonder about how they are
being treated or who is looking after them. I will not leave my dogs

“Like most pet parents, going away on vacation used to introduce some anxiety as my husband and I struggled to arrange pet care.
While family was always great with helping out, the imposition grew to be too much of a burden with 3 cats, Charlie, Murphy & Rosie,one of which is a senior cat with specific needs and another a young energetic kitten. Seeing the need for a professional cat sitter, we contacted several companies but were discouraged with the impersonal feel and lack of dedication we sensed from the sitters hired by these companies. From the moment we met Tori-Ellen, we knew our search was over. Prior to the first sitting (we have since hired her 3 times over the past year), she met with us for over an hour and went through an exhaustive list of questions regarding our cats’ care. Our first impression in meeting her was that she was highly responsible and committed to providing the highest level of service, and that she had a deeply genuine affection for our cats. Our instincts were not wrong. We returned to find our cats in great spirits and our home even cleaner than when we left it. We know she took great care of our cats because our concierge reported the time she spent with our cats, she left us detailed nformative (and entertaining) logs on their feeding/litterbox/play activities, and as I noted, our cats were in great spirits (we also appreciated the pictures and notes she sent us via email while we were away!). As further evidence, our senior cat had no health issues when we returned home (he is prone to constipation and we had outlined a complicated feeding regimen to ensure he received his medication – any imbalance in this and he is prone to vomiting), and our kitten also appeared calm and content.
